Patricia Rodolfo is a Customer Experience leader at Roche Pharmaceuticals, with over 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She has worked at major companies such as Pfizer, Apsen, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Takeda, among others, always in the areas of strategic planning and commercial excellence.
At Roche's Inclusion and Belonging governance, Patricia leads the Generations Front, which discusses and addresses issues related to intergenerationality within the organization.
She holds a degree in Social Communication from Universidade Metodista, with a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM. She began her career in Market Intelligence and developed through various business areas in senior leadership positions.
