Hi everyone! I’m Dani Godoy, a CX and Digital Transformation executive with 15+ years of experience leading large-scale customer, operations, and technology transformations across fintech, e-commerce, logistics, and real estate.

I’ve held leadership roles such as Head of Customer Experience at PicPay and MadeiraMadeira, and I currently work as an independent consultant supporting companies on CX strategy, operating model redesign, digital enablement, and governance. My work sits at the intersection of CX, data, technology, and operational excellence — always with a strong focus on measurable business impact.
