I am a passionate Customer Experience Leader with over 15 years of expertise in shaping customer journeys across financial services, technology, and consulting. I have successfully established CX functions, implemented Voice of the Customer ,journey mapping programmes and led transformation initiatives that improved NPS, retention and digital adoption.Beyond frameworks and metrics, I am deeply committed to the human side of CX of building trust, empathy, and inclusion into every interaction. I believe CX is not just about service design, but about creating meaningful connections that empower people and drive sustainable growth.
As the founder of LulaX Solutions (which stands for “simple customer experience solutions”), I focus on making experiences easier for both customers and employees. I partner with organisations to embed customer-centric cultures, equip teams with listening and response tools and ensure that customer voices shape strategy and innovation. I am motivated to join the CXPA community to learn, share and grow alongside fellow CX professionals.
