As Head of Customer Experience at Guaranty Trust Bank Uganda, she’s led digital transformation efforts that boosted adoption, cut costs, and drove revenue growth. A Mandela Washington Fellow and Cannes Lions 'See It Be It' Alumna , of the Cannes Lions Internatiomal Festival of Creativity. Rita blends strategic insight with a passion for customer driven service. She holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a law degree focused on corporate governance.
