I am a senior Commercial and Customer Experience leader with 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, technology, media, government, and development.
My career focuses on customers, improving their experience, and using those insights to drive sustainable business growth. I have led customer acquisition, onboarding, service delivery, retention, and loyalty, as well as sales, market development, and commercial strategy.
 
I am currently Chief Commercial Officer at Soliton Telmec Uganda, responsible for commercial strategy, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and commercialising national digital infrastructure.
 
I am passionate about positioning Customer Experience as a core organisational strategy, not just a service function. CX should be integrated throughout the organisation and recognised as a key driver of customer value, loyalty, revenue growth, and long-term performance.
