With over 10 years of quality and supplier management experience at Honda Vietnam, I transitioned into customer experience at Mcredit Financial Company (Mcredit) — where I hands-on CX initiatives, designing and implementing programs that directly improved customer outcomes.
I now work as a CX consultant building an enterprise-wide Customer Experience Management system for ROX Group — a diversified conglomerate spanning residential and commercial real estate, industrial park operations, and retail supermarket chains.
My passion is designing CX governance frameworks that work across complex, multi-industry organizations.
