BioHi, glad to meet you. with a varied, but pure customer experience and research background, I am a strong advocate for putting the customer needs at the centre of an organisations purpose. How we deliver this promise is the skill abd the science of CX.I spent 17 years in customer experience measurement, working with large multi-national brands across Retail, Hospitality, Fuels, Financial Services, FMCG/CPG and BioPharma. Innovating and developing solutions to enable organisations to connect their employees and customers and with actionable insights informing company CX Strategies.Since 2018, I have worked in interim roles transforming the Customer Experience for Yum!
