Madalyn Vincent, CCXP

I am an outdoorsy optimist from Lindon, Utah. I started my CX journey in my undergrad at BYU by majoring in Experience Design and Management. I fell in love with design thinking, and I am currently working for AAA on their MX team where we design and manage experience journeys to be transformational, build relationships, and maximize moments. By building customer empathy, visually mapping customer journeys, and facilitating critical discussions, I bring teams together to identify the greatest opportunity for improvement and I lead change management to elevate customer experiences and catalyze growth. I have enjoyed meeting members of the CXPA community over the past few years and look forward to expanding my CX knowledge as I prepare for the CCXP exam!
