I’m a Customer Support Team Leader with a strong background in managing global support operations and coaching teams to deliver excellence. I’m deeply passionate about customer support because I believe in the value of creating positive experiences and lasting impressions. For me, every interaction is a chance to build trust, showcase empathy, and turn challenges into opportunities for loyalty.

I’m particularly drawn to the art of soft skills, the ability to listen deeply, communicate with clarity, and transform difficult situations into meaningful connections. Beyond work, I also co-host women’s circles and storytelling events, and I’m a part-time photographer, as I find that creativity and human connection fuel everything I do.
