Le Roux Croukamp, CCXP

I’m Le Roux, based in South Africa, and thrilled to finally join this community as I work toward earning my CCXP certification.

I’m a software engineer by background who grew into a Technical Director role, and for the past 20+ years I’ve been helping organisations build smarter, more human-centred digital solutions. Today, I lead a Data Engineering team focused on Data Processing and Data Analtyics as a Service, designing and implementing managed data workflows that make information cleaner, faster, and easier to use across platforms.

My passion is simplifying the complex. I love turning messy, disconnected systems into clear, reliable, and scalable experiences, the kind that remove friction for both teams and customers.

What I’m focused on in the CX space:

• Creating clean, consistent data foundations that unlock meaningful customer insights


• Automating manual operational pain points to free teams to focus on real customer value


• Designing seamless integrations that support strong omnichannel communication journeys


• Bridging technical strategy with human-centred experience design

Over the years I’ve worked across telecoms, financial services, and consulting, from hands-on development to leading solution design and digital strategy. Whether building from scratch or stabilising legacy systems, my goal has always been the same: make technology create clarity and connection, not complexity.

I joined CXPA because I believe customer experience is increasingly where technology, empathy, and business strategy converge. I’m excited to learn from this community, sharpen my CX practice, and contribute from the perspective where engineering meets experience.
