Hind Al Zaabi

 I am Hind Mubarak Al Zaabi, Executive Director of Engagement and Customer Experience at the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. With more than 21 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I have led transformative initiatives focused on healthcare excellence, patient experience, international patient care, and service innovation.

Throughout my career, I have led the establishment of the Centers of Excellence, led the development of the International Patient Care Operations Center, and championed programs that enhance healthcare quality, sustainability, and customer experience. I am passionate about creating patient-centered services, building strategic partnerships, and driving meaningful outcomes through innovation and collaboration.
