My experience in the aviation industry gave me a remarkable stepping point in customer service delivery and ensure customer stisfaction. Its worth noting that each position has strengthened my ability to drive customer satisfaction, build strong relationships, coach and mentor junior staff and optimize customer related solutions. I have profound in banking products and services, trade finance while ensuring banking regulations, policies and compliance standards are met to mitigate risks and penalties. I am committed to excellence and continuous growth, I strive to deliver impactful results and elevate the client experience.

On the other social part of life, as a great and excellent communicator, I am a Certified & trained Family and Marriage Counsellor by TIMFA USA and its my desire to help the growing population understand family life and marriage as the word of God teaches. It's also my desire to see young people excel and be great in life, so I coach, mentor, teach and facilitate programs involving career counselling, women empowerment, leadership, home care etc.
