I'm a Product and Experience Leader with 8+ years of experience building products, loyalty programs, and customer-centric experiences across technology, mobility, and rewards platforms.
My journey in customer experience began early in my career at Careem, where I contributed to initiatives focused on improving the rider experience by helping define service standards and operational practices across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Since then, I have worked across product management, marketing, business development, and experience design, always driven by a simple question: how can we make experiences easier, and more enjoyable?
Most recently, I served as Acting Head of Product, leading strategic initiatives across product management, user experience, AI-driven operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
While my background is rooted in technology and product leadership, I am increasingly interested in shaping experiences beyond the screen; particularly in aviation, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, and destination experiences, where thoughtfully designed environments, services, and operations can create lasting memories.
I have a particular interest in customer psychology, behavioral science, and the ways people perceive, navigate, and remember experiences. These interests continue to influence how I approach product strategy, service design, and customer experience.
