Principal
I am the Executive Director of the European Arenas Association, which represents 43 multi-event large-capacity venues across 20 countries in Europe.
Our activities focus on four pillars: education, advocacy, networking, and innovation. We are currently developing an education platform, including the launch of a Master's in Business Technology with a specialism in Venue Management and a set of microcredentials - Safety & Security and CX are the two most popular topics.
In addition to my work for the European Arenas Association I also advise organisations on CX strategy and implementation - specialising in venues and other location-based businesses.
