What I do (outsourcing & vendor orchestration):
I’ve led multi-million-dollar outsourcing programs end-to-end—supplier strategy, competitive bids, technical/security diligence, and deal execution through steady-state delivery. Core competencies include market scans and supplier shortlists; RFI/RFP design and facilitation with scorecards; SOC2/ISO & HIPAA/BAA due diligence; negotiation on TCO/SLAs/exit terms; stakeholder reviews (product, security, finance, legal); and contract drafting/finalization (MSA/SOW/DPA) with clean vendor onboarding and QBR governance.
