Passionate about CX, absolutely love what I do! Mom of two boys and two fur babies (dogs) as well. Love to read, sing, dancing and I draw. Absolutely love Motorsport (especially MotoGP). I have been in the Motor Industry (Automotive) from the age of 18 years old and navigated my way of climbing the corporate ladder starting in a CX role in 2018. Now I specialize in Customer Journey Management and designing experiences. I use the full end to end Customer Journey to drive CX Transformation in the organization.
