Hi CXPA community! I’m Steffi Po Quimque, currently leading CX Vendor Controls & Enablement at GCash in the Philippines. My work focuses on strengthening vendor partnerships, governance, and transformation initiatives that drive both operational excellence and great customer experiences.

Beyond work, I’m a proud mom of three and an active member of my church community through the Neo Catechumenal Way. These vocations keep me grounded, inspired, and purposeful in how I lead.

I had begun my MBA journey but had to pause due to schedule demands — until I can start again. In the meantime, joining CXPA is a way for me to stay engaged, refine my direction, and learn directly from this global network of CX leaders.
