I have a proven ability to engage effectively at all levels, always striving to place the customer at the heart of business operations, foster growth, and drive meaningful change.

I am a multiple-time judge at various customer experience awards, including chairing the Judges Panel at the European Customer Experience Awards (ECXAs).
