An MBA graduate with over 10 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, I am passionate about Customer Experience Management.
I am a team player and a young leader with a wealth of experience in working with different stakeholders to build mutually beneficial relationships and long-term partnerships.
Interested in the CXPA community, I am currently working as an organizational officer, helping to enhance the performance of businesses by understanding customers and improving their overall experience. However, I am looking forward to learning more about the CX industry, developing myself for a new role in my career as a CX consultant who can provide tailored services to SMEs in Vietnam in the near future.
