Nick Hansen joined CXPA in December 2025 as the Sponsorship & Engagement Manager, where he drives the strategy and execution of sponsorship programs and partnerships. He also plays a key role in shaping engaging, high‑value content and experiences for CXPA members worldwide. Before joining CXPA, Nick spent more than a decade serving state and national bar associations in a variety of communications and engagement roles.

Based in Minnesota with his wife and son, Nick is always up for a great conversation about food, soccer, or movies.
