Hello CXPA community! I’m really glad to be here. I work in sales and strategy, mostly with government and public sector organisations, helping them adopt secure data centre and AI infrastructure solutions. Over the years, I’ve learned that what truly matters, beyond technology and contracts, is how people feel throughout the journey.

My work often involves complex processes and long decision cycles, but I genuinely enjoy bringing clarity, trust, and a bit of calm into that mix. I try to make things easier for customers, to understand what they’re really trying to achieve, and to make sure they feel supported at every step.

I’m passionate about listening, building meaningful relationships, and making sure the customer’s voice shapes the outcome. I’ve seen how strong CX can transform not just a project, but the confidence and momentum of entire teams, especially in the public sector.
