BioI have been working within a Customer Experience role for over 10 years, firstly in the UK and now in Australia. My experience has been in the commercial construction industry where I believe there are many great examples of CX but a number of areas where improvements can be made.As a CXPA member I like to tap into other industries and subject matter experts to learn of the best practices and innovations across the sector. This helps me improve my knowledge so I can implement them in my day to day role but also to share what I have learnt and know with others.In my spare time I am an avid cyclist and also spend my time exploring Australia with my family in our caravan. ## Industry Education ## Global Region United States
