I am Moh Yousuf Ahmadzai, currently working as an analyst in the Quality Control–Direct Sales Department at Etisalat Afghanistan. I started my journey with Etisalat in 2017 and have gained over seven years of experience in sales. I am passionate about improving customer experience, service quality, and operational efficiency across our retail network. I believe every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust and deliver value, and I am eager to learn, share insights, and contribute to advancing customer experience excellence within the CXPA community.
