I am a senior CX professional with over 20 years of experience leading human experience-led transformations for various employers, from local start-ups to global brands.

As the Chief Experience Officer for a statewide conservation movement in Florida, I design experiences that are grounded in belonging, engagement, and leadership. Inspired by Maya Angelou’s words that people will never forget how you made them feel, I aim to empower individuals through EX and CX competencies, driving impact for both the organization and the communities we serve.

With a background in strategic communications, employee experience, and organizational development, I create environments where people thrive. I use insights, metrics, and design thinking to align customer, employee, and organizational needs, resulting in strong cultures and sustainable outcomes.

My "secret sauce" combines intuition and empathy with strategic rigor, anticipating root causes and designing solutions for all stakeholders. Through transparency, coaching, and embedding customer-centric practices, I ensure teams feel valued and empowered to achieve tangible results. When I'm not changing the world through CX, I'm with my husband and three boys exploring wild Florida, restoring furniture, making art, or working toward a self-development growth goal.
