I uncover insights about how supporters, members, donors and customers interact with organizations, and use these insights to design and build better experiences and strategies.

I lead research, journey mapping and experience design projects for non-profits and social impact organizations of all kinds. My goal is to help organizations develop more meaningful relationships with their supporters and customers by providing real and engaging moments at every stage of their journey, ultimately resulting in a sharp increase in trust, affinity and lifetime value.
