I'm a digital product manager at Doosan Bobcat, where I lead digital initiatives for our commercial teams—Sales, Aftermarket, and Marketing—that shape how dealers and customers experience the brand. My background in industrial engineering, Six Sigma, and Agile, along with an MBA and prior technology architecture work at Blue Cross Blue Shield, gives me a systems view of customer experience. I focus on diagnosing where workflows break down, mapping journeys, and deciding where technology and automation help and where human touch matters most. Through my consulting practice, Velli Consulting, I help small businesses and mission-driven organizations find their customer pain points and build practical, vendor-agnostic roadmaps. I'm especially interested in designing customer experiences that use technology.
