Lauren’s expertise includes portfolio governance, change management, process engineering, customer and patient experience design, and cross‑functional operating rhythm design. She has led the buildout of enterprise capabilities such as adoption and activation functions, post‑launch learning systems, commercial models, and scalable service and support structures in both global corporate and entrepreneurial settings. Known for her ability to GSD and connect strategy → solution roadmaps → execution → adoption → measurement, Lauren specializes in helping organizations operationalize their priorities by bringing clarity to roles, decision rights, capacity, dependencies, and value.
