Karina Carrillo M.

Hi everyone! I’m Karina Carrillo, Founder and CEO of Alto Contacto, a contact center specializing in banking and retail, with offices in Lima, Peru, and Miami, Florida.

With more than 25 years in the contact center industry, I founded Alto Contacto in 2009. Today, our team of more than 150 professionals delivers omnichannel solutions in sales, customer service, collections, help desk, and campaign management. Our operations run on Five9’s cloud platform, and we are ISO 27001 certified in information security.

From Miami, I lead our U.S. presence while beginning a Master of Social Work, driven by my passion for the human side of customer experience.
