Chief Customer and Operations Officer
Jude O’Sullivan is the Chief Customer and Operations Officer at Carolina West Wireless, where he focuses on aligning corporate goals with customer strategy to boost customer acquisition, retention, organizational excellence, and profitability. He joined Carolina West Wireless in October 2009, following a significant tenure with the largest rural wireless carrier in the U.S., which AT&T later acquired.
Jude's responsibilities include Customer Care and Experience, Retention, Technical Support, Collections, Billing, Analytics, Human Resources, Information Technology and Information Security, Regulatory Compliance, and Product Development.
Jude began his wireless career in 1988, advancing through roles in technical service, sales, contact center, and business operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from the State University of New York, a Master of Science in Information Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
