I've essentially been working at the same company for 35 years, and for almost all of that time, I've focused on customer experience. The company handles sales, marketing, and after-sales services for Renault cars and light commercial vehicles in Turkey. This company currently manages the Turkish market, one of the top three markets for the Renault brand globally. After focusing primarily on after-sales services, or the after-sales experience, for the first 25 years, the focus has expanded over the past decade to include sales activities and encompass all customer touchpoints, from potential customer follow-up to follow-up with customers who have already purchased a product or service.
