Gitana Velickaite, CCXP

I am a consultant, trainer, and mentor specializing in Customer Experience (CX) Management. With over 10 years of experience in CX management across various industries, including IT, Banking, Transport, Real Estate, HR, and Public Services, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the CX field. In 2021, I received  CCXP certification from the global CX association CXPA.org and have since been an active member of the association and the international Women in CX community. Additionally, I serve as a lead judge for the International Customer Experience Awards.

To raise awareness of the Customer Experience discipline in Lithuania and the Baltics, I established the CX association “Towards Customer,” where I  serve as president. I am also a mentor at the idialogue.lt mentorship platform. Currently, I work as an independent consultant and trainer for CX management in Lithuania and other countries.
