I'm a Manager in the Digital Transformation practice at KPMG Lower Gulf, where I've been working for the past nine years. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead and support digital transformation initiatives for public and private sector organizations, helping them improve services, enhance customer experiences, and drive organizational change.

I'm passionate about customer experience as a key enabler of successful transformation and am excited to be part of the CXPA community. I look forward to learning from fellow professionals, sharing experiences, and expanding my knowledge and expertise in the CX field.
