Seasoned and with a wealth of experience living abroad for a long time, I am always on the look out for new challenges in which I can continue to grow and focus on work with a high degree of social relevance. To connect and to inspire. In a professional sense, I do this by managing (complex) multi-stakeholder programmes in which we apply customer-oriented methodologies (CX, human centred). I feel at home in an agile environment in which we work closely together to make an impact through (social) change processes. Additionally, I have held several board positions, which is worthwhile and also educational and insightful. As a 'relative of' I am supporting other family members and loved ones of people with psychological vulnerabilities - it's not about how to take care of the other person, but.. how to take care of yourselves amidst all of that!
