About
Duc is the 1st Asian person earning the prestigious certifications: CCXP by CXPA - Customer Experience Professional Association, XMP by Qualtrics XM Institute, and CCX by Bain & Company.
He's 1st Vietnamese person recognized among the Top 8 CX Leaders Impacting Organizations in 2023 by CXPA, and invited as a judge for ICXA - the International CX Awards from 2023 to 2026. He was the winner of "CX Innovator of the Year" at WFIS Vietnam 2025 Awards.
With 20 years of diverse experience in Total Quality Management and CX Management, Duc has consulted and trained numerous brands and individuals across industries such as Telecom, Finance & Insurance, Retails, Technology, and Services.
Currently he is a Head of Experience Management & Process Optimization at MSB Bank, and also a member of CXPA Asia Regional Leadership Council.
