Chantal Jansen

Hi, my name is Chantal Jansen, 29 years old. Born and raised in the central-east of The Netherlands.

I studies Business Administration, Management, Economics and Law at the Windesheim university of applied sience in Zwolle, The Netherlands. During my study I worked at IKEA, where my love for hospitality and customer centric mindset really took off.

After graduation I started at Exact.Over the past six years at Exact, a leading software company in the Netherlands, I have held various roles that allowed me to contribute meaningfully to the customer experience across multiple domains. My journey spans the Support department, the Personal Engagement team, and currently, my role as Senior Customer Journey Specialist, where I focus on Exact Online ERP packages and Mid Market solutions.

Last year I joined a few of the CXPA events and really loved the inspiring and enthousiastic vibes. Also learned a lot from my fellow CX-colleagues.
