Senior CX Management Analyst
Dr. Cenethea Lofbom, DBA, CCXP, PMP
I’m Dr. Cenethea Lofbom, a senior federal leader and U.S. Army Officer (Retired) with more than 30 years of experience leading complex, mission-driven initiatives across the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs. I help organizations translate strategy into coordinated action through program leadership, strategic communications, enterprise engagement, knowledge management, and organizational transformation.
I currently serve as a Senior Supervisory Management Analyst in CX Information Management & Engagement within the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Experience Office. I lead national experience initiatives that support the VA enterprise.
My leadership experience includes combat deployments, NATO assignments, four-star headquarters operations, and enterprise initiatives. I bring a disciplined, human-centered approach to delivering cross-functional work by aligning stakeholders, systems, operational insights, and organizational priorities to achieve meaningful mission outcomes.
Committed to continuous learning, I am pursuing the PMI-CPMAI to expand my project leadership in responsible, AI-enabled initiatives. As I expand my work into higher education, I have completed Harvard University’s Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning Higher Education Teaching Certificate and am pursuing graduate credentials at The Citadel in Higher Education Leadership and Student Affairs.
