I'm Dr. Cenethea Lofbom, DBA, CCXP, a retired U.S. Army Major and federal leader with 35+ years of leadership experience helping organizations improve customer, patient, and employee experiences through strategic communications, organizational change, and human-centered leadership. My background combines communications and information systems, public affairs, customer experience, and organizational transformation, enabling me to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve performance and deliver measurable results.

Earning my CCXP, alongside my CPXP and PMP certifications, reflects my commitment to lifelong learning and applying proven best practcies that improve organizational performance and customer outcomes.
