My background is in Health Administration, and I have several years of experience coordinating patient operations, scheduling procedures, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, doctors, and staff.
Through my role, I focus on enhancing the patient experience, making sure that every step of their healthcare journey is seamless and supportive.
