My background spans luxury hospitality and CX leadership, where I’ve focused on designing customer journey strategies, loyalty programs, and personalised experiences that convert insights into measurable business outcomes. I thrive on aligning diverse stakeholders, demonstrating ROI, and ensuring the customer voice remains central, even in complex organisational settings.
I’m also an active member of the CXPA European Council, where I contribute to exploring the unique opportunities and challenges of the EMEA region.
