CX Professional
I am a CCXP and Senior Customer Experience Expert with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. My passion is designing customer-centric experiences that create value for both customers and organizations.
In addition to my corporate role, I have been actively involved in the Hungarian CX community as a founding member and community leader of CXPA Hungary for five years. I have co-authored the Hungarian Customer Experience Maturity research, spoken at professional conferences, and delivered guest lectures on Customer Experience at Corvinus and other Universities in Budapest.
Recently, I also earned my Service Design qualification at MOME Budapest, expanding my toolkit to design better services through human-centered thinking. I enjoy connecting with fellow CX professionals, sharing knowledge, and learning from inspiring experiences across industries.
