AVP Customer Experience Manager
I have been in banking since 1995, I started as a teller and filled every role in the branch up to the Branch Manager. I then was an Area Retail Manager over seeing 5 branches and the Contact Center. I now have be the AVP of Customer Experience Manager that oversees the Contact Center and all other customer expereinces, such as customer complaints, customer surveries, vendor relationships for merchant services and credit cards just to name a few. I have been in banking for 31 years and have worked in two differnet comminuty banks.
