Eng. Ahmed Alfaddagi is a regional thought leader, author, and an accomplished executive with over 20 years of diverse management experience. He specializes in Strategic Management, Customer Experience (CX), Governance/Risk/Compliance (GRC), and Knowledge Management.

As a Strategic Advisor in several government agencies and Senior Partner with some consulting firms, Ahmed has had a significant impact on the formulation and implementation of numerous strategic initiatives affecting the organizations he is affiliated with. In addition to his primary roles, Ahmed holds several influential positions, including Chair of the Saudi Chapter of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), Member of the International OCEG GRC Review Committee, and Board of Directors member in different companies and non-profit organizations.

Ahmed Alfaddagi is currently holding dual masters MBA and MEM. His professional portfolio includes extensive certifications in Strategy, GRC, CX, and Knowledge Management from renowned institutions such as MIT, Harvard, INSEAD, and the Balanced Scorecard Institute. Ahmed’s recent achievements are the result of his participation in various National Strategies and strategic plans for Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 Program. His contributions to realizing the Vision 2030 Programs have spanned multiple sectors, including finance and non-profit organizations.
