I’m a CX/UX Consultant with 12+ years of experience leading customer experience, user experience, and service design initiatives across government and enterprise platforms in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
My work focuses on improving digital experiences, developing CX governance frameworks, conducting experience maturity assessments, and translating customer insights into practical solutions that create measurable impact.
I’m passionate about connecting customer needs with business and organizational goals, and I’m looking forward to learning from the CXPA community, sharing experiences, and expanding my knowledge in customer experience.
