Abdullah AlAzem is a senior event and project management professional with over 19 years of experience leading customer and visitor experience (CX/VX) strategies for major government, cultural, and entertainment programs in Saudi Arabia and abroad. Currently serving as the Events & Programs Advisor for the Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, he oversees the end-to-end visitor experience journey, from strategic planning to operational execution, delivering more than 4,000 events and activations that represent Saudi Arabia’s identity and Vision 2030 aspirations.
At KPMG Saudi Arabia, Abdullah leads advisory work for government clients, including the Ministry of Culture (MoC), General Entertainment Authority (GEA), Saudi Tourism Authority (STA), and Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MoMRaH), developing frameworks for visitor journey design, experience governance, and integrated PMO operations. His efforts ensure measurable improvement in satisfaction, accessibility, and cultural resonance across complex event ecosystems.
Abdullah’s earlier experience includes managing large-scale public activations, world-record events, and national ceremonies for entities such as Ford, STC, and MBC, where he applied customer insights and engagement analytics to enhance brand affinity.
His expertise lies in integrating experience design, program management, and strategic advisory to deliver cohesive, emotionally engaging, and impactful experiences. Abdullah continues to shape Saudi Arabia’s transformation toward a leading experience-driven economy, aligning cultural authenticity with global standards of customer excellence.
