My CX experience includes 25+ years of varying roles, including both leadership and individual contributor roles.  My current role is a Lead Strategist, and I have a robust background in Ethical Leadership. Over the last 10 years of being in the Utility Industry, I have honed my skills in Strategic Planning, Customer Service, and Regulatory Compliance, among others. My leadership directly contributed to the advancement of project management and stakeholder engagement initiatives, reflecting my commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.  My skill set includes Strategic Planning, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Data Management, Customer Service, Renewable Energy, Regulatory Compliance, Cross-functional Leadership, Education Initiatives, Team Alignment, and Outreach Programs. 

I hold an MBA in Ethical Leadership, a Bachelors Degree in Professional Studies, and an Associates degree in Applied Science; Business Administration, which have all significantly shaped my professional approach and ethical decision-making framework.  Additionally, I hold active Certifications as a Project Management Professional, and am a Certified Scrum Master.  I am an active Board Member of Foundations for Abilities First, NY as the Secretary.
