Jenny Miller

Jenny is a customer-focused operations and strategy leader with 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career at CNO Financial where she held several leadership roles in claims and operations. She currently serves as the head of Service Experience at OneAmerica Financial. Jenny has been involved in long-term care and supplemental health insurance industry groups, including LIMRA/LOMA, AHIP, ILTCI and LTCIF. Jenny is a life-long Hoosier and attended Indiana University where she studied Sport Communications and Journalism. She later earned a Master's degree in Business from Purdue University and completed the Certified Health Insurance Executive (CHIE) program through AHIP and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. She is currently participating in the LOMA Strategic Leadership Experience program through Wharton Executive Education with an expected graduation in June 2026. Jenny lives in Indianapolis with her husband and daughter, where they enjoy hiking and camping around Indiana's state parks.
