Camille Constans

Hi there,

My name is Camille Constans. I am a Customer Experience leader with 10 years experience specializing in Voice of Customer driven product and service design strategies that eliminate product friction, accelerate feature adoption, and drive customer retention. I am an expert at aligning cross-functional teams around customer-first priorities, data-driven insights, and scalable CX transformation.

I am passionate about creating value for customers, businesses, and team mates through innovative and impactful CX programs. I have a track record of driving customer retention and revenue, as well as leading and scaling high-performing culture-oriented teams. I currently lead a team of high-performing senior CX professionals at Intuit, within the QuickBooks Customer Success organization. My team is responsible for driving customer obsession within the organization, shaping the end-to-end customer journeys and driving impactful product and service changes to create delightful customer experiences. 

I am a Sciences Po Paris Bachelor's and Graduate Degree alum. Prior to working at Intuit, I was Head of Customer Experience and Marketing at Contentsquare, a SaaS Digital Experience Analytics company. I worked there in Customer Experience for 5 years, building the Customer Experience practice in the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions from the ground up. Before that, I worked in Content Strategy and Customer Experience at Google (YouTube Kids), and as a Product Manager (SkyPriority) within Air France's Customer Experience department.

I am French-American, and have worked for companies based in the Bay Area and Paris, and with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia, from startups to scale-ups to major corporations.

I am very excited to be a part of the CXPA community since my time at Contentsquare, and to finally get my CCXP certification!
